A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, by a fine of KRW 500,000,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

1. Defendant A: (a) around March 20, 2015, at the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon-gun E, Gangwon-gu; (b) around March 18, 2015, Defendant C, who found the Defendant’s house to conceal a traffic accident in drinking condition; (c) instructed C to make a false statement, stating, “The police officer dispatched to the scene of the traffic accident, who knows that the wife is aware that the wife is driving the vehicle; and (d) all of the internal responsibilities turbners stated that it cannot be memory because the vehicle is curfed. It ends all of the widths.”

Therefore, at around 13:45 on March 23, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that B, a wife of the Defendant, driven the instant accident vehicle from the Young Police Station’s office located in the Young-gu Police Station in the Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the assistant F.

As a result, the defendant instigated C to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. On March 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 13:50 on March 18, 2015, the Defendant: (b) caused a traffic accident at the front of the entrance of the branch of the Kandong-gun, which is the husband of the Defendant, before the entrance of the branch of the Kandong-gun; (c) but, in order to conceal this, C asked C to “the low husband’s husband to have driven the same drinking with the same alcohol, so that C may have a false statement

Therefore, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that he/she driven an accident vehicle to the police officer assigned to the police station of the Yeongdeungpo Police Station, who was dispatched to the scene of the said accident on the same day, and on March 23, 2015, around 13:45, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that he/she driven the said accident vehicle to the assistant F at the transportation inspection department office of the Yeongdeungpo-gun Police Station in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Youngwon-gu, Seowon

As a result, the defendant instigated C to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
