On May 7, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 27, 2011.

1. Around 07:00 on March 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the police officer working at the D District District of the D District Police Station located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; (b) without any justifiable reason, using alcohol; (c) stated that the police officer, a police officer working in the said earth, took a bath to “Wee this swayt . . am,” and said, “I am home,” and “I son, a police officer working in the said earth, took a bath to stop the Defendant; (d) I am home, and (e) I am, “I saw son, a bit son, a bitch son, a bit of bitch bitch son; (e) jum son, a bitle son; (e) knick son; and (e) let the victim’s son and knick son; and (e) I am off his own computer, etc., and interfere with his duty.
