On May 13, 1998, the defendant sentenced 1 year and 6 months to 10 years of imprisonment with prison labor for attempted larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on December 15, 1998, sentenced 10 years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Ulsan District Court on July 12, 2001, sentenced 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act at the Ulsan District Court on March 11, 2003 and 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act at the Ulsan District Court on October 20, 2004 and June 13, 2006 to 3 years of imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act at the Busan District Court on May 14, 201 and completed 3 years of imprisonment with prison labor for the last 3 years of 4 years of imprisonment with prison labor from the Daegu District Court on May 14, 2013.

Around 07:30 on April 18, 2013, the Defendant discovered that there was a unconstitutionality at the entrance of the Diplomatic Association at C2nd floor in Gyeyang-si, Yangsan-si, and found the said unconstitutionality, and found the unconstitutionality thereof, and attempted to steal KRW 184,000 in cash, which was owned by the victim Diplomatic Association, from the time to June 18, 2013, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and subsequently stolen or stolen a total of KRW 261,00 in total eight times from around that time to June 18, 2013.
