1. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff, the Defendant each caused the sale on June 30, 201.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on June 30, 201, purchased each real estate listed in the separate sheet from the Defendant in the amount of KRW 80,000,000 for the purchase price of KRW 15,000 for the same day, and paid KRW 35,00,000 for the intermediate payment on August 30, 201, and KRW 30,000 for the remainder on April 26, 2013. Thus, the Plaintiff, on June 30, 201, sought implementation of the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer for each of the said real estate on the grounds of sale on June 30, 201, for the Defendant.
