1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual 15% from May 10, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and the following.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal enter into force on May 21, 2019 and came into force on June 1, 2019, 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
