1. The Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant based on the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2010 Ghana 397698 Decided September 30, 201.
1. On September 30, 201, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for a promissory note gold claim and was sentenced to a favorable judgment on September 30, 201, stating that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 250 million and the delayed damages therefrom” (Seoul Central District Court Decision 2010 Ghana 397698), and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 20, 201.
On May 27, 2020, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit on May 27, 2020 for the interruption of the prescription of the claim based on the above final judgment.
2. Judgment deemed a confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
