1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,072,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 22, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Upon the Defendant’s request, the Plaintiff has repaired various construction equipment, such as geothermal equipment used by the Defendant at the construction site, or replaced accessories. The fact that the Plaintiff did not receive KRW 45,072,00 among the repair cost and accessory cost, value-added tax totaling KRW 53,072,00, does not conflict between the parties.
① On April 20, 2015, 23, 27, 27, 200 won for repair and replacement of accessories, such as routers, 80,000 won for repair and replacement of accessories, such as routers, on June 5, 2015. ③ 5,379,000 won for repair and replacement of accessories, such as routers, ③ on June 25, 2015. ④ KRW 19,943,000 for repair and replacement of accessories, and ④ Value-added tax 5,420,00 won for the issuance of tax invoices on June 30, 2015. ⑤ From 2,750,000 won for repair and replacement of accessories on July 23, 2015, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff KRW 2,750,000 for repair and replacement damages at the rate of KRW 10,750,700,000 for repair and replacement of accessories, 2015.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
