Punishment of the crime
On February 7, 2015, at around 00:11, the Defendant driven BM5 car from the section of about 100 meters to the front road of the low-dong middle school located in 159, 159, in front of the Seocho-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Seoul, in the state of alcohol of 0.20% of blood alcohol concentration.
