The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in B SP area.
1. On March 1, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.113% among blood transfusions on March 1, 2018, and proceeded at the speed of about 50 to 60km at the speed of about 60km from the face of the air unit in the west-gun, Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, in writing.
