1. The Defendant is based on a transfer agreement on March 18, 2015 with respect to the fishery right stated in the attached list to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. From April 28, 2014 to October 2014, the Plaintiff agreed to borrow KRW 85 million to the Defendant, and on March 18, 2015, the Plaintiff agreed to obtain a fishery right listed in the attached Table from the Defendant as repayment for the said loan.
