1. Defendant A

A. A. On October 02, 2013, the Defendant driven a Fpoter vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.141% without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 3km section from the front of a cafeteria in the mutual unclaimed cafeteria in the Guri-si, Suwon-si, to the front of the “E1 charging station” in the same city from around 00:05 to the front of the “E1 charging station” in the same city.

B. At around 00:30 on October 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that “E1 gas charging station in front of 465-132, Gui-si Pyeong-dong 465-132” was subject to the 112 report and the police officer was punished several times due to drinking driving, and thus, aggravated punishment should be imposed on B; and (b) asked B to the effect that “I would like to have made a statement that I would have been driving so that I would have been driving under the influence of drinking, so I would have the said I would like to make a false statement to the investigative agency; and (c) made the said B a false statement to H to a slope affiliated with the G District, who was dispatched to the site after receiving the 112 report, was driving from the scene of the first contact until the police officer reached the scene.

Then, the defendant, while accompanying the Dongri Police Station in the same day and waiting together with the above B at the transportation survey station office, again requested the above B to the effect that "the defendant made a statement that he had driven instead of driving, because he had done so," and the above B made the traffic accident-related statement to the effect that "A was driven by himself due to drinking, and sent it to the traffic survey assistant I of the Guri Police Station."
