A. Each clan run at the extraordinary general meeting of September 16, 2002.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. 1) Defendant B’s clans Association (hereinafter “Defendant clans Association”)
A) A clan is comprised of descendants from D 14 years of age grouped of D 14 years of age grouped of D, and is comprised of descendants from E, which consists of HP consisting of descendants from F F son, from 2 South son's descendants from K, from 3 South son's descendants from K, and from NP consisting of descendants from 4 South son's descendants, the Plaintiff is divided into two parts, and the lower part of HP group consisting of descendants from 7 son of E. The Defendant C was the chairperson of the Defendant clan from February 23, 2015 to 25, and from February 2017, 2017, HP descendants were excluded from the Defendant clan meeting since 197, on the ground that the representative of the Defendant clan meeting and the 15th son of the Defendant clan were operated for tort against Defendant H.
B. Payment of compensation for accommodation to the consolation of the Defendant clans Association, the holding of the relevant general assembly, and resolution 1) Defendant clans Association: (a) Defendant clans Association was expropriated by the Korea Land Corporation; and (b) approximately KRW 9.9 billion was used as compensation for accommodation (hereinafter “instant compensation”).
(2) The defendant clan was paid. 2) The defendant clan decided on September 16, 2002 on the "matters concerning the support for the clan business of each branch clan" that the defendant clan held an extraordinary general meeting on September 16, 2002 and delegated its authority to the board of representatives to provide support for each branch clan and to provide support for 100 million won or less for each branch clan, and decided on September 27, 2002 by holding a board of representatives to execute the "matters concerning the support for the clan clan business" according to the delegation of the extraordinary general meeting on September 16, 2002, and the defendant clan held an extraordinary general meeting on May 6, 2005 to manage the funds autonomously for each branch clan. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 18870, Sep. 16, 2002>
