1. The Defendant delivers to the Plaintiff the volume of 40.24 square meters of the retail store of one story among the real estate listed in the attached list, and the same from June 1, 2018.

Reasons

1. On October 14, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a lease contract with the monthly rent of KRW 500,000, and the lease contract from November 1, 2016 to October 31, 2017 with respect to real estate listed in the separate sheet, without a rental deposit. The Defendant delayed payment from June 1, 2018, and the Plaintiff notified the termination of the contract as of July 9, 2018. Accordingly, the judgment identical to the purport of the claim is sought.
