1. The Defendants jointly do so to the Plaintiff:
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
(b) 2,400,000 won and its corresponding;
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal is recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment, and the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
