1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 112,125,350 and its KRW 100,000 among them, the Defendant shall start on July 14, 2020, and the remainder 12,125.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for claim and the changed grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment made by the confession of applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As to partial dismissal 12,125,350 won, only the damages for delay from the day after the duplicate of the application for amendment of the purport of the claim is served shall be recognized.
