The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the court of first instance, the court below’s determination that the defendant was guilty of the violation of the law of logic and experience, and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the violation of the punishment of unjust punishment after accepting the bribery.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
