1. The Defendant’s KRW 57,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from September 29, 2015 to April 10, 2016.
1. On August 20, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting the deposit amount of KRW 57 million, and the lease period of KRW 24 months, with respect to title C and 102 in Ansan-si, Ansan-si. The Plaintiff paid the deposit to the Defendant around that time.
The Plaintiff, upon termination of the lease agreement on September 28, 2015, delivered the above building to the Licensed Real Estate Agent Office (D real estate and Ansan-si located in Ansan-si) designated by the Defendant, and thus, sought the return of the deposit to the Defendant.
