Reasons
The reasoning of this Court's reasoning is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, the same is cited by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
It is difficult to reverse the conclusion of the judgment of the first instance court on the sole basis of the statement of evidence Nos. 16 through 19, which the Plaintiff submitted in the trial.
The judgment of the first instance is just and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
