1. The Defendant’s KRW 31,400,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from September 3, 2014 to October 30, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. From April 8, 2005 to April 21, 2008, the Plaintiff seeking payment of KRW 31,400,000, which was not paid out of KRW 94,000,00 and delayed payment damages for the loan lent to the Defendant from April 8, 2005 to April 21, 2008 (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
