1. On October 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-gu, 01:30, expressed the Defendant’s desire to “Chewingly” on the grounds that the victim D (n, 31 years of age), who is the Defendant’s wife, franks alcohol and went back late; and (b) caused the Defendant’s body and face by taking care of the victim’s body and face in a remote area ( approximately 1m in length), and caused injury, such as having the victim take a hole of the number of days of treatment on both sides, left part, ear, etc., and taking care of the body.

2. The obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant was accused of assaulting the wife D at the time, time, and place specified in the above paragraph 1. On the charges of assaulting the wife D, the police officer of the Sungnamnam Police Station Estation affiliated with F of the police officer assigned to the same police officer G, who was dispatched to the police station, was arrested as a flagrant offender.

3. On July 25, 2015, at around 03:25, the Defendant: (a) assaulted the victim’s face in front of the Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sung-gu, Sungnam-gu, with the victim I and Si expenses on several occasions; and (b) damaged the victim’s face for about two weeks of treatment.
