However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On October 19, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Gwangju District Court to a fine of KRW 100,00 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on January 31, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3.5 million as a fine by the same court.

On May 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was a transferee, who was in front of a hotel located in the monthly Dondong of Gwangju Mine, and was under the influence of alcohol with approximately 800 meters alcohol concentration of at least 0.156% in blood, from the 800m section to the apartment road in front of the apartment.
