A. The defendant is a franchise competition organization of the G Sports Association established for the purpose of distributing and developing a yacht competition, and 23 yacht teams are registered with the defendant.

The plaintiffs are those who were executives of the defendant.

B. On March 6, 2014, Defendant H notified the said 23 yacht teams on March 6, 2014 to the effect that the temporary meeting would be convened on March 14, 2014, and requested the recommendation of representatives to attend the general meeting. Of the said 23 yacht teams, the said 13 yacht teams recommended the Defendant.

C. On March 14, 2014, the Defendant held a temporary general meeting of delegates (hereinafter “instant general meeting”). As above, the 10 representatives belonging to the 13 yacht teams, who agreed to recommend representatives, attended the said general meeting and passed a resolution to dismiss the Plaintiffs as Defendant’ executive officers (hereinafter “instant resolution”).

The contents of this case in the defendant's articles of incorporation are as follows.

Article 5 (Organization) The main body of the Association shall be organized in the following organizations and individuals:

1. It is referred to as the Amatebian Games Organization approved by the Board of Governors as an entity that:

An organization of the first, middle, and high-tech yacht competition and workplace yacht competition and an Amash competition group approved by the board of directors is called a franchise organization.

Article 7 (Rights of Franchise Organizations) A franchise organization shall have the rights referred to in the following subparagraphs with respect to this Council:

1.To dispatch a representative to the General Meeting of Representatives to have the right to speak and voting rights.

Article 10 (Rules) The rules on the organization and operation of a franchise organization shall be approved with the approval of the plenary session in accordance with the rules of the G Sports Association and the rules of the Korea Yachting Association.

Article 17 (Composition) The General Assembly of Representatives shall be composed of the representatives elected under Article 17 (Fictitious Errors in Article 18) of this Code.

Article 18 (Method of Appointment of Representatives) The Guidelines for Election of Representatives shall be as follows, and the number of Representatives shall be in proportion to the number of members:
