At around 10:00 on May 26, 2012, the Defendant obtained the amount equivalent to the same amount by fraud by failing to pay the amount after being supplied food equivalent to KRW 10,000,00, such as a kitchen store and a small-scale ward, as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay food, at the “J restaurant” operated by the victim I in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay food.
