1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,218,049 as well as KRW 11,449,219 as to the Plaintiff’s KRW 32,218,049 among them. From January 25, 2002 to April 19, 2010.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings). 2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of law (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
