If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

On December 22, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Military Service Act at the Seoul Central District Court on December 22, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 30, 2015.

No person shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number.

Nevertheless, on October 15, 2014, the Defendant, while driving CCA 110 Obaon on a private street, stated his/her resident registration number in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B as his/her resident registration number on October 17:3, 2014, in order to conceal the fact that the traffic of the Seoul Gangnam Police Station and the police officer D, who belongs to the Seoul Gangnam Police Station, are subject to traffic control, are required to produce a driver's license, is not a driver's license, and is issued with a traffic penalty bulletin under E in his/her name.

As a result, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.
