1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,00,000 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 5, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, indicating the claim, lent a total of KRW 23 million to the Defendant, including KRW 16 million on February 22, 2012, KRW 4 million on June 15, 2013, and KRW 3 million on June 3, 2014, and thus, the Plaintiff’s claim for return and delay damages.
