3. Some of the Plaintiffs are also seeking damages for delay from January 10, 2014 to January 23, 2014 as to each of the pertinent amounts stated in the separate sheet of accrued wages.

However, the damages for delay under the Labor Standards Act and the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act occur from the following day after 14 days have elapsed from the date on which the cause for the payment of retirement, etc. occurred, and all the plaintiffs retired from office on January 9, 2014. Thus, the damages for delay of the plaintiffs' overdue wages shall be caused from January 24, 2014, which is the day after 14 days have elapsed from January 9, 2014.

(Benefits is not known of the date on which the cause for payment occurred, and it is treated as retirement allowance. Therefore, the plaintiffs' respective claims for delay damages are without merit.
