On August 11, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to two years in Seoul Central District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On January 21, 2010, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced three years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on October 25, 2012.

1. On June 1, 2013, at around 09:50, the Defendant parked a F1 ton truck on the road located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and used the gap in which the victim E parked a F1 ton truck, the Defendant carried out 5 smartphones, smartphone charging machines, and locked with the market price equivalent to KRW 8.20,000,00 in the driver’s seat.

2. On June 6, 2013, at around 09:54, the Defendant carried two smartphones and two physical cards in the amount of KRW 1,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim who was an employee of the G Building in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in order for the victim H, who is an employee of the G Building Center, to move away, using the gaps in which the victim H, who is an employee of the G Building Center, took a locked place.

3. On June 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 10:05 on June 14, 2013, the Defendant placed the hand in the open glass window of the towing vehicle installed at the seat of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; and (b) carried one cell phone with a cell phone of 1,100,000 won at the market price owned by the victim J, and one wall with a cell phone of 2,50,000 won at the market price.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced two or more times to habitually steals another person's property, and again stolen another person's property over three times within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed.
