1. The Defendant’s KRW 61,00,000 as well as 7% per annum from September 25, 2013 to June 28, 2018 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On May 24, 2013, the Plaintiff indicated the claim, set KRW 61,00,000 to the Defendant as the interest rate of September 24, 2013 and 7% on the due date, but did not pay the above loan and the damages for delay until now.
The payment shall be sought.
2. Judgment without any applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
