A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On August 2, 2014, at around 12:59, the Defendant demanded that the victim D (hereinafter “C”) who is an employee of the convenience store in Daegu-gu Seoul Metropolitan City (hereinafter “C”), who is an employee of the said convenience store, enter the meeting, there is no border, love, defect in marriage, and the following week, affix his seal on his hand to the church.
