If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On August 21, 2013, the Defendant is a person who drives a passenger car at his own B house. Around 21:10 on August 27, 2013, the Defendant driven the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.076% (blood collection) with a distance of about 10km from the front day of 181-3, Hanam-si, Jeonnam-si, Gwangju-si, to the front day of Hanam-si Hanam-si Hanam-si.
