A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Crest Motor Vehicle.
On November 25, 2012, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.153% on blood alcohol level on November 25, 2012, and continued to drive the said car in front of the New World Crelock Dried in Jeju at the new 4-ro, the front of the new world Crelock Dried in the new 4-ro 4-on, an off-day market entry level of about 30 km each other at a speed.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, operated the said C Lestle Motor Vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance.
