A. On September 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) promised to borrow KRW 47,200,000 from the Plaintiff on a monthly basis; (b) failed to repay the price on a monthly basis; (c) promised to repay KRW 11,00,000 out of the price of the goods purchased from the Plaintiff from June 18, 2015 to April 2016; (d) did not repay the price of the goods up to September 30, 2016; and (e) requested the resumption of the supply by submitting a promise to repay the total price of the goods and a letter of payment for the entire amount of the loan; (e) requested the resumption of the supply, but thereafter, the supply of the goods did not repay the price of the goods equivalent to KRW 12,193,90.

B. Accordingly, the Defendant’s 47,20,00 won and 23,193,900 won and 15% interest per annum from the day following the delivery date of the instant complaint to the day of full payment.
