1. Based on the executory exemplification of the judgment rendered by the Seoul Eastern District Court 99 Ghana101622 against C on December 27, 2018.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, indicating the claim, seized corporeal movables into D on December 27, 2018 with regard to the goods listed in the separate sheet, based on the title of execution stated in Paragraph (1) of this Article, on the title of execution stated in Paragraph (1) of this Article. However, since the said goods are owned by the Plaintiff, a third party, purchased around August 2018, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit to recognize ownership.
