Criminal facts
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. At around 01:00 on June 9, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.15 g of approximately 0.15 g of psychotropic drugs, from female massages working at D’s hotel in the Chinese Sycho-ro, to 300 marcs (Korean approximately 50,000 won).
B. At around 02:00 on June 9, 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones purchased as above at the place described in the foregoing paragraph (a), in a way that divers are injected into one’s own arms by dilution with water.
C. At around 11:00 on June 10, 2012, the Defendant started from an airport for China in the state of hiding approximately 0.12 g of opphones remaining after being administered as above, as seen above, in the state of hiding in the wall, and obstructed opphones by passing through the customs inspection team and entry inspection team after arrival at the Incheon National Port of Supply at around 13:00 on the same day.
2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;
A. At around 14:00 on May 5, 2012, the Defendant discovered marijuana that were born in the vicinity of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and collected and kept the friage of hemp. At around 21:00 on May 20, 2012, the Defendant smoked the said hemp by inserting it into the tobacco removing a part of the said hemp at the Defendant’s residence of 107, 2012, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, 107, 201, and 201.
B. At around 21:00 on May 21, 2012, the Defendant smoked part of the hemp plants in the said Defendant’s residence in the said manner.
