Reasons
1. The grounds for the attachment of the claim shall be as shown in the attachment;
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. The statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main text of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended as of September 25, 2015, which was enforced from October 1, 2015, respectively. However, the interest rate of delay damages for 69,102,950 won for IBR (330-KO) shall be applied to the extent that the Plaintiff seeks reimbursement.
