At around 19:00 on April 4, 2013, when the Defendant lacks the ability to decide on the will of theft from military register, the Defendant attempted to steal or steals things managed by the victim D in Gwangju Mine-gu in total amount of KRW 10,421,818 in the same manner at the same place as indicated in the annexed Table (1) from that time, the Defendant had 35,00 won in total, including the face value of clothes, which had been displayed at the same place, such as the face value of the “Switzerland” managed by the victim D by the victim D, who neglected surveillance.
