A. According to the above facts of recognition as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from January 13, 2015 to the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, as sought by the Plaintiff, as well as from January 13, 2015 to the day of full payment.
B. The defendant's assertion that the plaintiff did not pay the price by faithfully performing the construction work, but there is no evidence to acknowledge it.
3. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.
