Defendant

A is a member of the violent organization “H” in which the term “H”, which is the place of sexual traffic in the middle-gu Daegu-gu F and G, is in operation of the “J” in the middle-gu, Daegu-gu. Defendant B and C are the owners of the building of “J”, and Defendant D is the owners of “J”.

1. No person who is a defendant A shall arrange, solicit, induce, compel, or provide a place to engage in sexual traffic;

From March 3, 2011 to March 30, 2013, the Defendant leased the “J” from D, the owner of a building to KRW 700,00,00, and installed 12 rooms and three common toilets, which are capable of engaging in sexual traffic, and 70,000 won per day on the one time of sexual intercourse (hereinafter “speed”) and 150,000 won per day on the two occasions of sexual intercourse (hereinafter “speed”), and 10% per day on the other hand, the Defendant employed a woman, who is a business owner, under the condition that the Defendant and women who are sexual intercourse share half of each of them.

The Defendant, who had been induced by B and C from “J”, received a comparison of KRW 70,00 from 70,000 to 150,000 for each male guest, and provided guidance to the inside room, and had K, etc. engage in sexual intercourse with sexual intercourses, thereby obtaining profits equivalent to KRW 31,840,000 by arranging sexual intercourses from March 3, 201 to March 30, 201, as shown in attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B and C to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
