A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months and by imprisonment for two months.

1. On August 19, 2019, Defendant A received a proposal from an employee of phishing in his/her name at a place where it is impossible to identify the place, and sent the file “civil petition tracking a financial crime account” in the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, which was sent by the said employee via the Defendant’s e-mail (K), to Defendant B. Defendant B sent the said file to Defendant B with a Kakaox. Defendant B sent 20 copies of the said file via a computer and a Kakaox at any place where it is difficult to identify, and then sent it to Defendant A around the 20th day of the same month.

As a result, the Defendants forged 20 copies of the “civil petition for tracking financial accounts” document in the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, a public document, without authority, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with the employees in charge of singinging out the name.

2. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;

A. A. Around September 19, 2019, the Defendant forged official document documents: (a) received a proposal from the scaming staff using the name “L” under the name of the Defendant, stating that “The FSC would output the documents under the name of the Chairperson and deliver them to the victims and receive cash”; and (b) printed out the file of “civil information tracking financial accounts” in the name of the Chairperson in the name of the FSC via the Defendant’s e-mail (K) from the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged two copies of “civil petition for tracking a financial account” in the name of the Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission, a public document, without authority, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with the employees in charge of singing out a name.

B. Around August 22, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime on or around August 22, 2019 on the forged official document display. Around August 22, 2019, the Defendant was at the seat of G Hospital in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and nameless
