1. The defendant shall pay 35,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from January 6, 2021 to the day of complete payment.
1. The Plaintiff used a total of KRW 64 million to the Defendant, including KRW 14 million, KRW 10 million around January 201, KRW 2016, KRW 40 million around February 2016, and KRW 64 million around February 2016.
On July 8, 2016, the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff a million won in installments from July 2016 to the Plaintiff, but if violating this, the Defendant would lose the benefit of time and immediately pay the full amount.
However, since the Defendant did not pay the remaining amount to the Plaintiff twice after payment in one million won, and violated the installment payment agreement, the Defendant sought payment of the loan principal amounting to KRW 35 million and the delayed damages from the day after the date of delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case.
