The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
On March 26, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s right side side side of the vehicle that the victim C (29 years) parked on the front side of the vehicle parked by the Defendant, on the ground that the victim C (29 years of age) in front of Jinju City, B, on March 26, 2018, prevented the Defendant from departing the vehicle and driving the vehicle on the front side of the vehicle parked by the Defendant. The Defendant assaulted the victim’s right side by using the victim’s side side at one time and one time at the right side.
Judgment
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. On April 18, 2018, after institution of the instant public prosecution, no penalty is imposed.
(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
