1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,000,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from December 23, 2019 to March 6, 2020 as to the Plaintiff.
1. The following business consignment agreements between E and the Defendant and the owner of the building and the land in this subject matter are entered into:
Article 1 (Purpose)
1. The Defendant shall entrust E with the instant real estate business for E.
2. The term "entrusted business" means all of the services related to leasing goods sold by the defendant, the payment of rents for a lease guarantee period, the receipt and management of rental deposit money, the lessee's physical color and selection, the public relations for leasing, the management of a lease contract, and other services related to leasing for the defendant;
Article 2 (Name) The entrusted business shall be exercised in the name of the defendant.
The defendant concludes this business consignment agreement separate from the sales contract, and concludes this contract with the recognition that the defendant conducts the business of publicity of lease, tenant color and selection, deposit money and management, issuance of lease contract, etc. through E.
E shall pay 50,000 won per month to the defendant as a guarantee fee for the entrustment fee to the defendant at each subparagraph.
E When a lease contract is concluded, the amount guaranteed by the lessor and the deposit and monthly rent of the lessee may be different.
On September 17, 2018, the Defendant entered into a business consignment agreement (hereinafter “instant consignment agreement”) with the owner of Dobong-gu Seoul Building D (hereinafter “instant real estate”) as follows:
