1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the court of first instance stated “not later than October 12, 2015” in Part 3 of the judgment of the court of first instance as “not later than October 23, 2015,” and thus, citing this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
