On May 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud in the Seoul Northern District Court and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on March 12, 2017.

On May 11, 2018, the Defendant posted a notice to sell C, which is a currency in the game, by accessing the Internet game B, at a place not opened on May 11, 2018, and reported it to the victim D, who visited the Defendant “130 million won per 1 C, total of KRW 4,800 per 1 C, and KRW 62,400,00.”

However, even if the defendant received money, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell the game currency C to another person.

Nevertheless, as above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 62,400 won from the victim to the corporate bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant, and acquired 3,778,300 won in total through 51 times from May 10, 2018 to June 22, 2018, as shown in the annexed Crime List (1).

On May 18, 2018, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “On-line GameB will sell an online game money,” and that “1,30,000 won will be paid to the victim F who contacted with the Defendant,” the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “1,30,000 won will be paid to the said victim F.”

However, the defendant was not holding 2.9 billion won of the game money of "B" and even if he was paid the above money, he was trying to use it for the cost of living and did not have the intention or ability to provide the game money.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, received KRW 130,000 from the victim’s G bank account (Account Number: H) in the name of the Defendant and received KRW 377,300,00 in total over four times from May 22, 2018, as shown in the separate crime list (2).
