1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 500,000,000 as well as 25% per annum from December 1, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The grounds for the attachment to the indication of the claim and the following descriptions:

(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to Article 208(3)3 (excluding the part related to the above Defendants, since the Plaintiff withdrawn the lawsuit against Defendant C and D.
