However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

In fact, the Defendant sent SNS messages to women aged 18 to 20 who reside in the area of Incheon and Seocheon-gu, without any fact that the Defendant operated or attempted to operate the car page, and offered SNS that “I would like to send the car page,” and “I would like to go through the Gu car page. I would like to go through the Gu car page. I would like to commit an indecent act against the victims from the interview.”

1. On July 27, 2018, the Defendant sent the victim B (nort, 18 years of age) a message from the Incheon Franchise site through SNS, and suggested that he/she will have a carpet interview by pretending that he/she is the president of the carpet.

The Defendant, around 14:30 on August 30, 2018, stated that in the vicinity of subway No. C Station 1 located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, the Defendant laid the victim out to view the interview on a passenger car as stated in paragraph (1) and then laid the victim’s hand by hand, and set the victim out in the vicinity of the F breakwater, and the Defendant left the bill of indictment within a passenger car.
