【Criminal Facts】

At around 12:00 on April 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) placed one air-condition (LG electronic) of the amount equivalent to KRW 600,00 (the reported price) set up on the upper road in order to install the air-conditioner in the nearby restaurant in order to install the air-conditioner on the upper road in the 31-7 street, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 51:00; and (b) placed one air-condition (the reported price) in the Defendant’s air-condition (LG electronic).

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
