A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.
186,200,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.
Punishment of the crime
A person other than a person handling narcotics, shall not trade, deliver, administer, or possess a psychotropic drug camblopon (hereinafter referred to as “copon”; hereinafter referred to as “copon”), and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc.;
A. 1 Crimes - On August 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) directed from the foregoing B to enter a penphone; and (b) moved from Seoul to Busan, on August 5, 2018, the Defendant carried out a test plastic paper containing approximately KRW 880 g of philopon, which was hidden under the bottom of the beropty rental, at the mother telephone located in a place not more than Busan, known to B, on August 5, 2018; and (c) carried out a test plastic paper containing approximately 580g of philopon.
Accordingly, the defendant accepted 50 million won or more of philophones.
B. 2nd crime - On August 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) directed from the foregoing B to enter the penphone; and (b) moved from the Seoul to Busan on August 16, 2018, the Defendant carried out a test vinyl with approximately 1,300 g of philopon, which was hidden on the ceiling of the toilet site, at the mother guest room located in a place not more than Busan, known to B around August 16, 2018.
Accordingly, the defendant accepted 50 million won or more of philophones.
2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. 1 Crimes - The Defendant, along with C on July 27, 2018, moved a car owned by C to Busan in order to make a clerical error with a penphone at a place designated by B, a seller of a phiphone around July 27, 2018. On July 29, 2018, the Defendant was waiting for the said passenger car in the above telephone parking lot, and C entered a guest room where it is difficult to know the head of the said telephone, and then prepared a verification plastic paper paper containing a philopon under its bottom.
