B. According to the instant service contract, the Plaintiff publicizeds the general meeting and the general meeting to select the work executor of the Defendant Union, made the general meeting books, etc., and held the general meeting on September 14, 2017 at the Diplomatic Association located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and held the general meeting to select the work executor in 2017. In the course of performing the instant service, the Plaintiff incurred service costs of KRW 26,530,221, labor cost of KRW 45,000,000, and office-related expenses of KRW 10,105,488, promotional expenses of KRW 4,306,450, and KRW 105,942,149, including planning fees of KRW 100,00,000, and KRW 26,530,221, labor cost of KRW 45,000, and KRW 105,942,149 (excluding value-added tax).

Article 10 of the Guidelines for Participation in Bidding for a private contract for a housing redevelopment improvement project in the B apartment zone around the defendant's association shall be deposited into the account designated by the association before the proposal for bidding is submitted, the bid bond shall be one billion won per day, and the bid bond may be paid as the performance guarantee insurance policy.
